Jealous Kyle. Kyle/Amanda trainwreck. Jessi bails out of the little love triangle and is now more involved than ever. Cassidy has secrets. Jessi has a breakdown. Kyle and Jessi have chemistry. And on with the show.....
Wow, does Kyle have bad timing or what? Amanda is finally ready to forgive and forget and he figures out that Cassidy has secrets that could endanger her. So naturally, in herolike fashion, he chooses to protect the woman he loves and not be with her. (SMACK!!!!!!!) That was the sound of my head hitting my hands. I totally understand the impulse, and given Latnok's history with Amanda, I think he may even be right. But this tired old cliche gets on my nerves. And watching Kyle get all jealous was painful. Even though I knew it was coming, I kept saying, "Kyle, don't. Kyle, DON"T!" Alas, the TV cannot hear me.
Poor Amanda. She wants Kyle and knows that Kyle wants her, but for some inexplicable reason, he is choosing not to be with her and he is keeping secrets. This is bad and cannot end well. At least she knows that Jessi won't stand in the way anymore. Well, at least not purposely. More on that next.
Jessi using Lori to get Kyle away from Amanda. This cluelessness about Jessi's feelings towards Kyle appears to be rampant in the Trager household. Either that or they needed to make Lori dumb in order to get her to help Jessi try for Kyle. Either way, it was amusing. And Jessi stepping out of the way only to get put back in the thick of things with the revelation of Cassidy's perfidy. Wow. Poor Jessi. Those tears were tears of a girl who realized that the person she thought hated her doesn't. Wow.
Andi and Josh had an amusing subplot. Andi trying to set him up with a replacement girl? Ok. So glad that didn't work out. I love those two together.
Mark and Lori make an interesting pair too. And is Declan starting something with Jackie? Everyone starting something with a member of Latnok. ooookkk......
Next week, Kyle and Jessi investigate Latnok and Sarah, Jessi has medical problems, and Josh proposes....
